Cargoplug emerged from the transformation of Jand2Gidi, a logistics service focused on simplifying cross-border shipping. While the service addressed real customer needs, the brand lacked clarity and credibility in a market where trust is essential.

The challenge was to reposition Cargoplug as a reliable and transparent logistics partner—one that could communicate its services clearly while reducing the perceived complexity of international shipping.

We discovered that this delight is shared by our audience, and we found a symbol that embodies it-the “Unboxing” moment.

“Unboxing” represents the satisfaction of revealing what’s inside the package. It’s a universal sign of happiness and fulfillment.

Choosing it as our brand identity signifies our commitment to delivering not just parcels but moments of delight.

Designing for Clarity, Movement, and Reliability

The rebrand focused on simplifying how users understand and engage with logistics services.

A structured visual system was developed around the idea of movement and connection—core to the shipping experience. Clear typography, a confident colour palette, and a modular layout system were used to improve readability and ensure consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.

Every element of the identity was designed to reduce friction—helping users quickly understand services, processes, and value without unnecessary complexity.
